Whenever I go searching for a new crochet book, I’m almost always overwhelmed by the plethora of options out there. There’s a crochet book for almost every occasion. So how do you choose? Well, if you’re looking for something that’s a cut above the rest, I’d highly recommend Crocheted Afghans by CICO Books. I like to call it the Rolls Royce of crochet books.
The patterns in this book are anything but ordinary. With their modern and extremely colorful designs, the 25 throws, wraps and blankets inside are more like pieces of art than crochet crafts. The book itself also makes a great coffee table addition, with its beautifully crisp photos that show stitches close up so you can really appreciate the artistry of these afghans. I really could stare at the incredible photography in this book all day.
If you’re looking for inspiration that will take your crocheting to the next level, I’d definitely suggest taking a look at Crocheted Afghans by CICO Books. There’s an in-depth review over at allfreecrochet.com and you can get your copy for 15% off the list price at cutratecrafts.com. Great patterns at a great price? What could be better than that?!?
